As autumn gives way to winter, nature calls us to slow down, conserve energy, and turn inward. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this seasonal shift is guided by the Water element, associated with the Kidneys—the root of our vitality, resilience, and life-force energy.

This unique evening blends community-style acupuncture, restorative yoga, and sound healing to help you replenish energy, find inner stillness, and restore harmony as we move into the season of rest.

Community Acupuncture & Sound Meditation in Nature

Join us for a restorative and intimate community acupuncture session set in a quiet, forested haven in the Errington/Coombs area. Surrounded by trees, birdsong, and the gentle rhythm of the earth, this special offering weaves together acupuncture, guided meditation, and live sound healing to promote deep relaxation, grounding, and connection to self and nature.

This small group experience (maximum 8 participants) invites you to unwind, reset your nervous system, and align with the natural rhythms of the forest.

Investment: $65 + GST per attendee | Eligible for submission to your extended health insurance (R.Ac. receipt provided).

What to Bring:

  • Mat, blanket, pillows — anything to help you rest comfortably on the forest floor

  • Water bottle

  • Loose, comfortable clothing

  • Optional: Journal + pen for integration time after meditation

Carpooling is recommended due to limited parking and to support a lower-impact gathering.

Through a mix of education, food tasting, journaling, and a customized at-home movement sequence, participants will explore the emotional and physical themes of spring—including how to support liver health, process stored anger, and harness the power of sensory connection.

Expect a nurturing, empowering space designed to reconnect you to nature’s rhythm—and your own.

We’ll cover:

  • Living seasonally through TCM

  • Identifying and releasing stored anger

  • The colours and elements of SPRING

  • Seasonal foods and flavours that support liver health

  • Engaging the senses to anchor emotional clarity

  • Empowering, relevant movement practices for at home integration
