Frequently asked questions.

What services do you offer?

I offer acupuncture treatments rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Katonah Yoga® classes in private and small group formats, women’s circles, and seasonal workshops.

Acupuncture and TCM treatments support fertility, hormonal balance, digestion, stress regulation, pain management, and emotional health. Each treatment is individualized and responsive to your body’s patterns.

Facial acupuncture treatments provide deep relaxation, regulate hormones, improve digestion, enhance immunity, improve overall circulation and blood flow, and enhance lymphatic and endocrine function.

Katonah Yoga® sessions explore structure, theory, and perspective through a geometric framework. We work to develop a clear understanding of patterns within our bodies and our lives through practices that use intelligent techniques to facilitate insight and integration.

Women’s circles are intentional gatherings for connection and reflection. These include yoga, meditation, facilitated discussion, shadow work, and group exercises.

Workshops offer space to study, practice, and gather in community. Themes vary and may include theory, rest, seasonal living, or skill development.

Yes. Acupuncture is covered under most extended health care plans.

Coverage amounts vary depending on your provider and individual plan. Please contact your insurance company directly to confirm your benefits.

Yes. I offer direct billing for most major insurance providers.

If your plan allows, I can bill your insurer directly at the time of treatment. Please bring your insurance card to your first visit or upload your details to your Jane profile in advance.

If your plan does not allow direct billing, you will receive a receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Do you treat fertility and reproductive health?

Treatments are tailored to support natural conception, assisted fertility, cycle regulation, and overall reproductive health using Traditional Chinese Medicine principles and individualized care.

Payment is accepted by credit card on file through Jane, cash, or by e-transfer at the time of your appointment.
